The Grelen Depot includes a luxury suite known as The 118, which boasts two rooms and is located on the second floor. This elegant space comprises a living room, a bedroom and a lavish full bathroom. While it was originally designed with honeymooning couples in mind, it also serves as an ideal "getting ready" suite for weddings hosted at The Depot (or in the area).  It can also be rented as a relaxing retreat for anyone wishing to discover the many attractions of Central Virginia.

*Does not include 5.3% sales tax or the $75 cleaning fee.  There is a $250 refundable deposit on this property which will be returned immediately after your stay.  This holds the room, covers damages and is refundable up until 30 days before the stay.

PLEASE NOTE:  The Depot sits right next to the train tracks where trains pass through the town of Orange. Due to an ordinance, the trains are required to sound their horns even when they pass thru a few times at night. The train company won't share their train schedule with us due to terrorism concerns so figuring out when and how many times a train comes thru is elusive.  Regardless, to mitigate noise disturbance, heavy drapes have been added to all of the windows, and a solid door separates the living room (facing the tracks) from the bedroom, providing added insulation. While we cannot guarantee uninterrupted sleep, we've taken every measure to minimize disruptions. Furthermore, a sound machine and earplugs are provided next to the bed for added comfort.  If you are a light sleeper or have a hard time getting back to sleep this might not be the place for you.
